How obsolete is this card? I was told it was good! Isn't it only a few months old ? M

Heres what Im running: Q6600 G0 stepping @ 3.01ghz Asus P5K mobo 2gigs OCZ ddr2-800 ATI Radeon X1950 I ran 3DMark06 Basic Edition and I got a final result of 6656. I looked at some other scores and people are getting over 19000! What could I be doing wrong? Why are my scores so low...
