Hey RedChief, that message is normal and you can ignore it. It may be MSI's way of covering their butts in case something goes wrong w/ the overclock. The processor actually isn't run at a reduced clock speed. I have an e4300 too! I have an SLI-Platinum, but I think I can still help you out...

Good news for me. Dell did ship my card, and if all goes well w/ DHL it should be here tomorrow. And guess what? Through some clever talking I managed to get this card for ~$192! That's better than the MSI deal they fell through on. I'm so happy with the price I'd be willing to buy from Dell again.

That's not right AT ALL. I've contacted Consumerist.com with this issue, I want to see what they have to say about this and what their advice is. Keep your e-mails and chat transcripts if you have them. You did not cancel your order, it should still be "in process" status.

I agree with you. It seems as though they'll keep delaying until enough people cancel the order and then they can send the remaining orders an e-mail with an apology and some sort of coupon or whatever to appease us.

That is interesting! Is the notebook custom built or is that a pre-built PC? If it's OEM (pre-built) what company is it? I am curious because I thought most OEM's lock their BIOS to prevent over or underclocking.

Mine too, my sticks boot in 1 & 3 but fail memtest within an hour (or within 100%). When in slots 2 & 4 they post fine and pass memtest fine after hours of testing. I've used two platinum boards with the same two sticks and had the same two issues .. so I know it's not one particular motherboard...
