Okay so I'm getting a 7600 GT. Now, which of these three?

Getting a widescreen LCD soon and was wondering if I'd see a big difference going from a 6600 GT to an EVGA 7600 GT KO?
Currently running 1280x1024 but it drops to 38-40 FPS when in Orgrimmar with moderate to low population.

Going to get a widescreen LCD for some WoW action and was wondering what I should upgrade to be able to run it at 1680x1050?
Seems the CPU sweet spot is a A64 3500+ Venice. As for the video card, what about a 7600 GT? 60+ FPS is a must. Around $300 Canadian for all of that.

1) Yeah I know those games are not out yet, I just wanted to give a general guideline as to what the upgrade should allow me to do.
2) I was thinking around $300 Canadian. CPU + memory. The memory for all the characters on-screen and the CPU because WoW is CPU intensive. Maybe an A64 3800+...
