Noticed few things about the monitor :-
a) When the pc turns off, the monitor shows red , green , blue on the screen.
b) goes into dvi power save mode , anyway to disable it.
c)back light bleeding is there anyway to fix it other than that monitor is pretty bright pip works great.
Overall...
so what brand of panel S-IPS panel is LG or samsung, I want to do few more tests to check bad pixels, ghosting , test dvi, I am going to keep this after I do all the tests and hope nothing is wrong with this one.
Any suggestions on how to do different tests and also calibrate the monitor.
Just got dell 2007wfp , need some info on how can I test it to make sure it has no dead pixels everything works. I went into the menu it says V1B18 and RT803 , its revision A03 , made in mexico.
what kind of panel is that ?, also on dell site they came put with new design...
so 204bw is better than 205bw , how can someone tell the difference between S-IPS and S-PVAs when they are sitting few feet away from it. I can understand back light bleeding.
I couldn't tell what kind of panel it was at a dell store , the menu was disabled.

well samsung and lg are little cheaper than dell . Dell is close to 400 vs acer I can get 22" for that price. as for location I am in northeast.
I am trying to get best for my money thats all.
