Thanks Drags.
Has anyone ponied up and bought the TFT Central review yet? Care to give a run down?
The prad.de review should be publicly available within the next 24 hours.
The refresh rate basically eliminates sample and host ghosting. Which makes them the fastest performing monitors around in terms of 'Motion Resolution'.
Thanks for the rundown NCX. I'm most likely going to be picking one up a couple weeks after they launch in Canada. Hopefully Futureshop gets them in so that you can try one out for yourself.
BenQ America replied to me again, they updated it to the "First week of the new year! " https://twitter.com/?iid=am-209358414613232954078512890#!/BenQAmerica/status/144537532091215873
And it's up on their shop for $399.

Steam really has very little to do with it. The engine that it's running is GoldSrc. Steam is merely a platform to sell games and provides steamworks functions to games that wish to use them. (Things like avatars or the server browser) They could rip all of the steam stuff out of CS1.6 in a day...
"Old Steam engine" lol.
CS1.6 is Vert- so it is indeed "better" at 4:3 than it is at 16:9. The Recoil thing that NCX is talking about it probably the primary reason they all play at 800x600. There's other reasons too though. Like Cracks between boxes appearing to be larger when scaled up etc...
Wow, that's fantastic!
I remember way back when they were questioning what the users wanted on that thing.
And you are simply wanting something different than this type of mount rtangwai. This is made primarily for 5x1 Portrait Eyefinity.
The Tall poll is a fantastic idea.
XL2420T is indeed real, it was first mentioned at the GeForce LAN as a Lightboost compatible monitor.
Thanks for the link, It looks fricken slick, hopefully it's competitively priced when it launches.
I was directed here from todays news post. Kyle you should have a look at this.

Glad that I'm not exclusively "That Guy"
Officially the Buggy refers to the Scout Car which is a Dune buggy.
The car in this video is officially "The Muscle Car" also known as "The Junker". A 1969 Dodge Charger.
