Does anyone know if there is going to be a uk release date for these LCD`s ?

Is this available in the uk yet ? I cant seem to find it in any stores.

Theres other TV`s and monitors that have the same problem so Microsoft may be able to change the signal in some way for it to work but dont count on it.

The firmware is bugged. The monitor cant seem to recognise the output the 360 is giving. This is the reason I cancelled an order of the monitor last week.

I`m in the same situation and just cancelled an order for the BenQ 24" WZ because of them not working properly over 1080p on the 360. I`m now going to wait for a bit longer and see if anything new comes onto the market which doesnt have all the problems the current 24" HD Monitors seem to have.

BenQ 24" monitors have problems with overscan over HDMI.

The 1080p problem doesnt sound good and I`ll probally cancel the order now. The whole idea in getting it was to have the 360 on 1080p.

When using the 360 with this monitor how noticable is the overscan issue with HDMI, component and VGA and is there anything that can be done with the settings to resolve it ? I`ve just ordered this monitor for use with the 360 and PC but this problem seems to be something that`s going to make...

The only problem with importing from the USA is the difference in power supply since UK uses 240v. Also they would add a huge amount of extra tax when it comes into europe since it can be used as a TV. Yeah the 360 is part of the problem but I would rather not buy a monitor that does have...

Not sure if you seen my previous post but it was on the tearing subject. With the dells you had to reduce sharpness or drop down to 720 to get rid of the tearing while using the 360. Perhaps this is the same with the gateway.

Yeah thats what tearing is and the problem I believe is down to both the GPU and monitor. The Dells have been known to show alot of tearing while at 1080p but this can be fixed by either downgrading to 720p or reduce the sharpness while at 1080p. But aslong as the gateway doesnt have a profound...

Can anyone confirm if this monitor has any tearing when using the xbox 360 at 1080p over VGA. Btw I doubt europe will see this monitor before the end of the year. I contacted all the resellers in the UK and they`ve got no information on this new model so cant give an estimate when it will be...
