I have a 19'' Dell E197FP monitor and i was wondering if i can connect a 360 to it and would i get a quality picture from it. Its max resolution is 1280x1024 pixels

I have Sdtv with component Jacks,if i hook up a 360 to it would the games i play will be in 480p or just 480i. And i know 480p is not hdtv but just a slight enhanced picture. Until i get a lcd hdtv this is what i have to settle for.
