I ordered one of those for my Q6600 G0 today. I hope it's as good as I think it is. I've also heard that the included paste is supposed to be pretty good, for some even better than AS5. I just assumed AS5 was much better before but now you start to wonder.

Most often it's the other way around. Having a higher fps number than your refresh rate is the normal case, that's why people turn it off.

Sure, it's there but if you notice it probably depends on a lot of things like monitor you hade before etc., Good or bad eye sight has nothing to do with it though. Also, you can get used to the ghosting of your specific monitor which makes you almost not notice it unless you think about it.

Yes. It is. CRT's are mesured by the tube dimension I think and some of that get's cut off.

Interesting. That's the first report I seen about getting them in the US. If you want to check what panel it is, the service menu won't help anymore. It will just give you a code. Maybe you can post that code here though.

No. As I said, the 24" S-IPS is coming, not available in any monitor yet. P-MVA or S-PVA (can't remember) is used in the 24" monitors.

Really you can't compare TN-panels and S-IPS. The only thing TN has going for it is responstime and price. Color reproduction isn't compareable to S-IPS and probably not to P-MVA either. You should also remember that responstime for TN-panels is pretty much always listed for Grey-to-Grey. For...

I was the one who posted on the Dell forum about my RT803. I see all the color change when looking in extreme angles as I've seen S-IPS users report and taken pictures of. More reports on this would be great.
