We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I'm pretty sure you can recover previously downloaded content (Virtual Console content) on a new Wii simply by logging into the Marketplace and poking around ... I'm just wondering if there is a way to accomplish this without having to have a Wii to do it.
I did a bit of internet searching for this but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for ... basically my situation is this.
I sold my Wii about a year ago, having wiped it clean prior to the sale. If I were to go out and buy a Wii U right now, is there any way to get content from my Wii...
Since this seems to be turning into a pro-Android thread, I'll chime in on the iPhone 5S. :)
Many people don't realize that the Verizon iPhone 5S comes unlocked out of the box; and not only that, but it will run on Verizon / AT&T / T-Mobile networks with no extra effort required other than...
Yeah the Razer Blade is awesome, but it's too big (17 inches) and it's $2500. I might as well just get the MBP Retina for that amount. If the Razer Blade came in 15-inch and it dropped in price to like 1500, i would buy it no questions asked. :)
I'm planning to purchase a new laptop sometime this year, and I've been reading reviews / information for the past 3 weeks now just trying to piece together what's currently out there and what's coming out over the course of this year. The purposes will be moderate gaming and general use...
No problems whatsoever playing WoW with my Gigabyte 7970 HD and DX11 ... I have the settings literally maxed out and the game runs smooth as butter. Maybe it's your drivers? I'm using the 12.6 beta's from about 3 weeks ago.
I'm quite sure it's a driver issue; the question is, how long is it going to take nvidia to release a stable set? I'm willing to bet just about everyone with this card has the issue; maybe they just don't notice it.
I'm using the 300.83 drivers; these are reported to be the least...
I'm posting this because it seems there is a large user base with this video card that is experiencing real problems. Take a look over at the official nVidia forums and you'll see what I mean ... 15 page thread on vsync and stuttering issues.
I personally have issues with my GTX 680 ... it...
Yep, same here ... give or take a few of the songs that took me a few extra tries, this game was a piece of cake compared to GH2. I consider myself extremely good at Guitar Hero, but it shouldn't have been THIS easy. Oh well, it's good enough to keep us in practice until GH3 comes out. :)
Find me an HDTV with a 0 ms response time and some information to back it up and I'll reconsider my stance. Like I said before, just b/c you don't personally notice it doesn't mean it's not there.
Anyone casually reading this post would assume you were making a huge generalization about the...
Yeah I'm full of shit eh? That's what a child says when he can't think of something intelligent to say. Just b/c you can't perceive 2 ms doesn't mean it's not there ... you do know what response time means right?
I don't have a problem with you claiming your set has no noticeable input lag...
I could have bet dollars to donuts that this guy would come in here bashing Samsung DLP's ... aren't you the one with the magic plasma that you claim has no input lag whatsoever? I've said it before and I'll say it again ... EVERY SINGLE HDTV right now is going to have some input lag at this...
I've had my PS3 for a few months now ... the games I've had the most fun with were
Resistance: Fall of Man
Virtua Tennis 3
Godfather: The Don's Edition
Tiger Woods 2007
Oblivion
I would recommend you look for a buy 2 get 1 free deal at Gamestop and pick up 3 games to go with your new...
Yeah ... we might see more features from the 2.0 list than have been revealed so far though ... they're only gonna focus on the major updates in the firmware preview.
Personally I'm pretty excited about the PS2 upscaling ... this is something I've wanted from the start since there are a ton...
Just wanted to add ... if you signed up for the Warhawk Beta, you can go to the following link to see if you have been accepted ...
https://www.betatest.us.playstation.com/
Apparently people are still being accepted as we speak, so don't fret YET if you haven't been accepted (I wasn't :D )...
Don't know if this has already been posted, but it seems official this time ...

London, 24 May 2007 Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) announced today availability of the latest version of the...
Because I see new posts like this every week. :) More people are starting to consider the PS3, regardless of what the damn sales figures say. The PS3 still beat the 360 in Japan, and in North America, the games library is what's really holding it back right now.
No offense to any of you 360 owners, but it's a shame when you have to "knock on wood" or "hope for the best" when it comes to the stability of your $500 investment. It really sickens me that the situation even exists ... I'd like to have another 360 but I just can't bring myself to risk the...
As new games start coming out the PS3 will shine more and more as a game console, but it already shines as an HD movie player. It's very much worth it to pick up a PS3 for that reason ... it might be more expensive than a stand-alone Blu-ray player but look at what else you get with it for your...
I also vouch for the PS3. I just have a hard time recommending a 360 to anyone after seeing so many of them crap out between my friends and me. The PS3 comes with ...
- Wireless rechargeable controller included
- HD movie player (Blu-ray) included
- Wireless internet access included
-...
As a PS3 owner I could care less about the "PS 3.5" rumors, assuming that the only thing new in the "3.5" is simply home media capabilities.
Now, if they add more memory to it, a faster drive, or anything else that would improve performance that I can't add myself, I will then begin to be...
I feel for you BIGJ, I went through the same thing you're going through. I eventually got a unit that worked long enough for me to take it to Gamestop and trade it in for as much store credit as possible. That was the only solution I could think of where I would feel confident. You could get...
Yeah, I wish I could have done that. I bought it from Target last year b/c they were giving away free $50 gift cards with a purchase of one, and the Target extended warranty doesn't apply to game consoles apparently. Won't make that mistake again. :)
How can you say you're not a MS fanb0i with a response like that? You should check your facts before shamelessly defending them. All they would do is keep your credit card on file and give you a timeframe, like 30 days, to return your defective unit ... THEN they would charge you if they...
Maybe an actual NEW console would be nice? Not a freaking refurb? How about sending a replacement unit FIRST? How about actually shipping refurbs that WORK? Those would all be great places to start.
They don't even send you a quality box to ship your unit back. The empty box I received...
No I don't have a ps2 slim model, and it's not the same thing at all. Hadn't the ps2 been out for 5 years before they did that? Sony released the slim model after the 360 came out as a way to spark new life into an old product. Also, $200 (maybe $150?) is alot different than $500. :)
I've...
I haven't disappeared, I just don't have anything else to say on the matter. I just choose not to participate in this thread anymore since most of the people here have completely missed the point of what I was trying to say.
Each time I have called MS for tech support on my 360, one of the...
Way to get your panties in a wad jester. First of all, your comparisons are all completely off-base. Let's use your examples to relate to the 360 situation. Ford recalled all vehicles that had a certain type of Firestone tire, remember? Because those tires were causing accidents with their...
That's exactly how. :) Anybody with half a brain knows that there are a ton of 360's out there that are unstable ... the change to 65nm is MS's way of admiting there is a problem. You could say they're doing it from a price vs. manufacturing standpoint ... isn't it ironic that they're changing...
My friend has a 44" Panasonic (unknown model #), another friend has a 27" iLo from walmart, another friend has a 32" Syntax-Olevia from circuit city ... ALL have lag. The 44" Panasonic is the worst of all the ones I've mentioned, the other 2 are about the same as mine.
I never run anything...
I guess I should have specified that the lag isn't noticable when pressing buttons so much as when moving around the cursor ... I'm sure it's still there, but it certainly doesn't seem like it. Even Gamespot's review about Punch Out! on the VC mentions input lag affecting gameplay, but as I...
Do you know what lag is? There is nothing wrong with my TV ... when you move the Wiimote around on the Wii's "dashboard", there is input lag. Everyone I know with an HDTV and a Wii has the same symptom. It's not really a problem in games, I don't have any input lag when pressing buttons, say...
Nope, the refurb was a complete POS. The disc drive spun so loud that I thought it was actually damaging my games. I called up MS and they told me I'd have to let them send me another box, and then I could send it to them again, and basically play the "unit lottery" again.
I chose an...
