Get a biostar Tforce6100 754 from newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813138268 . It's one of the best Pci-E Socket 754 boards you can get. It OC's like you wouldn't believe for a Matx board and in a worst case scenario it has decent onboard video.

Most people with stock HSF's only get those to like 140* F . HSF. Don't worry till it closes on 180. The Palomino's just run hotter. If it scares you that much get a decent copper HSF.
