I ended up solving this myself but will post how I did it in case someone else has similar problem. I went into my BIOS and increased my AGP Aperture Size (also known as Graphics Aperture Size) from 128MB to 256MB, which solved the problem. I found solution on creative website...

Love your hard work, Unrealized! How noisey is the dvd drive? I thought that the dvd drive made most of the noise. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just read article on water cooling xbox 360 and found it very interesting. Would love to try this to quieten down my new 360. But the article makes no mention of how to quieten the DVD drive which makes 90% of the noise. Anyone have any ideas on how to quieten the DVD drive?
