 They look pretty impressive, but are they any match against PCP&C 1000?
Performance PCS already has the 900 watt version, and it comes with a nice leather case :p

I'd get the hoojum cubit 5 - http://cgi.ebay.com/Hoojum-Cubit-5-Kit-Shuttle-XPC-upgrade-Black-NEW_W0QQitemZ6879056872QQcategoryZ51064QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
it only accepts shuttle boards, and its kind of pricey, but I think it looks sweet.

^^thats the best i could find, but the problem is that the firewire ports are only for the front panel, and the usb ports are only for the back

I dont own a mac, but I'm considering buying a MBP, not just for the software, but mainly because I always hear about apple's great customer service and the great quality of their products
This is AMAZING, all the little attention to detail, the little covers you're making just shows the dedication you have, keep it up
he answered that on this page already
Something like this happened to me one time, I was cleaning my pc, and when I went to boot it up again, it would just show the MSI logo. I couldn't even get into the bios, all i could do is watch the logo. I eventually reseated the ram, cleared the CMOS, and it worked.
Hope it's the same for...
I was re-arranging my wires in my case today and now I have a problem. After putting everything back together, I turned on the computer and it showed the usual MSI logo screen. Usually it takes about 3 seconds until it disapears, but now it just stays there. I had it there for close to 30...
you probably know about this site, but if you dont, check out www.mp3car.com/vbulletin
back on to the subject though, sound quality between is a touchy subject, but if you're not a audiophile, there wont be a huge difference either way...
I'm pretty sure they use a different architecture, with Firewires architecture being faster, I think USB's architecture is Master slave(?) and I'm pretty sure Firewire's is Peer to Peer.

I'm really interested to see what they did to make it work...
They feedback seems to be good, just hope that it works ok, their warranty makes you pay for shipping both ways. So you'll be out atleast $160ish if anything goes wrong.

How much does the westy weigh? If its about 45 lbs. that would be good.
Ergotron has a lot of good options, but you're kind of limited considering your weight, so check them out.
Here is their section for Large LCDs...
This has to do with the G5, Logitech fixed the problem with a firmware update http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/downloads/software/US/EN,CRID=1792,contentid=11017,OSID=1,softwareid=11305,showinstructions=1, so make sure your firmware is recent
I had the 1030, great pad for the price
If it helps your decision, I heard that the 7800GTX will be more expensive than the 7900GT: http://www.xbitlabs.com/news/video/display/20060223090220.html

Thanks for your help, but what are ferrite cores? My dad is a computer engineer, and he said he could bring me a vga male-male cable from work. Do you think that cable should be good?
This guy close to me is selling one of these monitors and I'm wondering what kind of vga cable it uses? Is it male to male? The reason I'm asking is he doesnt have a vga cable so if I bring my laptop, I need a vga cable to test to see if it's working properly.
Thanks
My dad's laptop has both and I've tried using both.....but the touchpad is what I've been using since my Inspiron 3000 so I dont think I can switch now, too strange
