I had to RMA my G400 due to a cord issue and they sent me a G402. I have no issues with it and I think I actually like it better. It looks like a weird shape, but when you actually use it it feels amazing. It is not very heavy either, which is something I like because I mainly play FPS.

I use chrome so it isn't a browser issue. It also doesn't happen that often for me. Maybe 10% of the videos I watch show up black until I refresh.

I've been having issues with YT videos starting black and not displaying video until I refresh the page. Audio is fine. This is on my HTPC using just onboard video. Not sure if this is the same problem as you are having, but it may not be the drivers?
