I have one. The Zune device is pretty good. I just don't care for the Zune software. I don't like the organizer - it doesn't properly organize my music. :mad:
Worked well for me. All I did was tell him that I had Road Runner cable and the CS rep said, "Oh yeah, that's way better." Never heard from them again, lol.
This is the D.A.'s call, not Apple's. From the D.A.'s perspective, a crime was committed and now wants to pursue. Don't see how Apple is pulling the strings on this.
I seldom use the a floppy drive. The last time I had to use one was to flash a firmware update to a board that only used floppies; had to go out and buy one just so I could do it. It's the step in the right direction but I hope floppy drive production doesn't go away completely just yet.

How is it not stolen? Clearly the person(s) who found it knew what it was, knew what he had, and knew what he could do with it. Instead of attempting to return it to the rightful owner, or turning it over to the police, they wanted to make a quick buck by selling it to willing tech sites...
Wow, first time I've seen Apple laptop's outnumber PC laptops in a classroom. Apparently, the photo was taken from a Journalism class at Mizzou. They push Apple over PC to incoming freshmen.
