The 1000H has Bluetooth and 802.11b/g/n, while the 1000HA doesn't have Bluetooth and only has 802.11b/g. So far, that's the only difference I've been able to come up with. If there's any others, I'd appreciate knowing (especially considering I just put my order in for a 1000HA a few mins ago...
