usually the 939 mb will have 4 slots for dual channel becuz you will need 2+2 (RAM config) for it to be dual channel. if i remember correctly, its usually the skt 754s that have 3 RAM slots becuz they only support single channel. and for the skt A, the last mb i had for that was a DFI...

i believe the DFI NF3 officially supports the X2. i know some1 over on anandtech has gotten the k8n neo2 to work with the X2.

you can also use rivatuner to display temps in the taskbar.

the pci-e 660gt pulls it power straight from the pci-e slot. only 6800 series need the extra power connector.
