at 2.4GHz on a 3200+ probably not but you will have to test the memory when you get it. At a 1:1 to ratio you are going to be running your RAM at 240Mhz. You may have to utilize a 166 divider but i seriously doubt you will have to relax latency settings.

oh yeah i almost forget an overclocked 3000+, just for exampe say at 300x9 2700MHz will actually be faster than a 3500 245X11 2695MHz because of a higher FSB. That said there is no reason why you could not change the 3500+ to 300x9 and have the same performance. There is no guarantee though...

amd_gamer, Yep that is the ones. They have TCCD chips. That is what I have. The G.Skilll PC4400 (DDR550) is also good and utilizes the samsung TCCD chips. I believe both have similar results. I cant recall all the memory that hass TCCD chips but it is more than just those two.

OCZ EL platinum rev.2 is good. G.Skill DDR 550 or 600 is good. basically anything with the samsung TCCD chips. I love my OCZ. no problems yet.
