This is a Retail cpu minus the hs/fan. I'm using the fan on a P4 2.4GHz right now. 1.6A GHZ/512 L2/1.5V SL668 Malay L147B296-1023 Had it clocked at 2.2GHz. You could probably hit a bit higher...ymmv...I was happy w/ it at that speed for the last couple years. Perfect working condition...
