All fine white text becomes slightly jagged around gray/black backgrounds and that's because for some reason the QN90B local dimming algorithm crushes whites/light grays together thus breaking grayscale text rendering which relies on different tones of gray to make the text look less aliased...
Just got the Iiyama x4071uhsu and while it is reported to have only 1% haze (vs philips BDM4065UC's 3-4% haze) I can still see a little graininess at angles where gamma shifting also occurs. Is this normal? Looking at a direct angled portion of the monitor I don't see any grain.
