    Windows 7:how do I turn OFF WEI permanently?

    Any ideas? This shit will have random scheduled runs during the night and screw HD5850 clocks down to 400/900. At that point I have to restart my computer to reset the clocks. Anyone know how to turn this garbage WEI off forever?

    What's wrong with my HD5850?

    I don't get it. Why are the values for clock showing 400/900 no matter what I do? I tried using MSI Afterburner to monitor if is only in 2d, but apparently the clocks stay the same in 3d as well. Can anyone help me understand what is happening here?
