    Live ID & gamertag not associated

    I have had my gamertag for over a year, but am no longer able to log into it since switching to a new xbox 360. My second xbox died on me, so when attempting to recover my GT on the new machine, I'm told that the Live ID and gamertag are not associated. I am able to log into the ID account...
