I'm not doubting what works for you, but I would never reccomend wet sanding the base coat. I have also found that rattle can clear is no where near as good as clear appilied form a gun. I have tried the house of kolor rattle cans, as well as many others over the years and they don't get the job...
sand down the high spots. then fill the low spots with body filler. sand it all smooth and flat. then prime and wet sand it all smooth. once everything is perfect, apply paint.
you should scuff the INSIDE of the plexi with 1000 grit paper, and then paint the black on the inside. That way you will get the gloss from the outside of the the unit and have great protection, because the paint is on the outside. I always recomend painting plexi on the inside because it is so...

yes, they are small blowers for the heatpipe on the chipsets, and for the voltage regulators for the cpu. i think the small cncs are about 10k without software.
