    recreate your installer usb and select "for another computer" during setup. then when you fire up you machine jam on f11 for the boot select menu.

    powering up a board without a cpu in it wont hurt anything and this has worked for me multiple times when bios settings have been fucked by a dead battery. its not a "feature" or have anything to do with flashing.

    make sure your intake fans are turned up too. the backplate needs decent airflow to help keep temps down. ~60 core and 80 ram is fine, you can probably get that with ~50% fan speed i didnt include the knobs last time, whoops.

    i get some over 400fps, so i cap it to 300. usually only happens in menus or loading screens. its pretty easy, you only touch three things: voltage, ram and fan.
