Ah, okay, thanks. I did try that to no avail. Honestly my issue is only with Metro apps anyway so they may not be related... it affects Plex on my Surface Pro, though, so I'm desperately searching for anything that will help! Thanks again.
go into internet options -->advanced. It should be the first option up top, "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" You would want it unchecked.
Conscript, I found your thread about pixelated video in Flash and MP4's from Feb 2013... Can you tell me where you disabled hardware acceleration to fix the issue? I can't find a hardware acceleration option in the IE 10 flash plugin at all. Thanks!
