Where did you go for training on this? I too work in IP traffic engineering for a major ISP and I am curious how/where we would implement this type of traffic/usage manipulation. (or as I call it, "screwing our customers over" ). I'm mostly just curious since I have heard talk about this here for the last year and a half or so.
