    We also having multiple issues with ours and wonder if you can help me it would be a lifesaver.
    We have a 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR - MXA806Z039 on FW 5.0 and Drive Firmware M571
    Drive is a HP Ultrium 8-SCSI Serial CZ28490M1F
    MSL_1x8_G2_5.90.frm - Looks like the latest?
    MSL_1x8_G2_3.80.frm - Might need this also?
    I'm assuming the HP Ultrium 8- SCSI is the LTO_30750 firmware?

    Yes I do. I have access to firmware direct from HPE. Send me the model number (or part number) of the library and what kind of drives you have (LTO4,5,etc and Fiber or SAS) and I can pull the firmware.

    Hi Wingman, do you still have access to the HPE firmware? I have an HPE LTO7 Ultrium 15000 tape drive with serial number: HUJ928C38G and I need to update the firmware to the latest version S2T1 (as shown in the screenshot). Can you get this file?

    I have this exact need, anyone able to get the S2T1 HP firmware? I tried the IBM version but it says wrong microcode and wont flash. Hlp!
