This is a damn good spec. I would get rid of Windows but yeah. This is a good deal considering where we are with PC prices.
 
Valve wants everyone to make a SM clone. Your local Mum & Pops, your stupid uncle and your cousin who have a tech channel and big standard PC builder corps. Beat the spec, beat the price, have rock bottom margins. Valve loves it all. The just introduced a mid low gaming spec that if met or exceeded you are golden when you want to play games that are clearly marked and optimized for it.. If you buy their overpriced hardware they are happy. But really don't care. They have set a standard and will sell tons of controllers and games for every clone that buys into it.
