Funny how long a good set of speakers can last. I have an old Altec Lansing 4.1 set that I got about forever ago (20~ish years!?) that still sound great and are more than loud enough.
 
I use speakers so rarely on my pc now, that I disconnected them. If I need speakers I use the crappy monitor ones. 99.9999999999999999999999999% of the time it’s dt 770s.
