[System Specs]
2x Xeon Gold 6248 (2.5ghz base, all core turbo 3.0ghz, 40 cores / 80 threads total)
12x 32gb 2400MT/s ddr4 rdimm
2x FusionIO 6.4TB PCI-E 4x SSD's with over 20PB write endurance left on each
1x 2tb sabrent rocket SSD in a riser with space for a second m.2 nvme ssd
1x Asus RTX 3090 Strix OC

The system can easily fit another rtx 3090 or other large GPU in it right now, it also has another spot for additional riser for 2x more nvme drives above the 2nd CPU. I could also swap out one of the fusionIO drives for a x540-t2 dual rj45 10gb nic but I figure the fusionIO would be more desirable.

One of the fusionIO drives is a cisco branded one that requires a little extra work to get the drivers to compile for in linux. Never used it in windows so YMMV with windows compatibility. I can provide ready to go download link + instructions for linux drivers or install and setup a distro for you (Currently use linux mint).

I can load up the 4x 3.5 in hard drive bays with used 8tb SMR drives or used shucked 14TB drives.

My car just blew it's second engine (fuck kia) and I need a new one asap. Local is greater seattle area.

Was trying to sell as a whole unit but I could really use the money quicker. For now the higher value part prices are:

Part out Prices (shipped):
3090: $1k
Ram: $2k for all 384GB or $175 per stick
2x FusionIO 6.4TB: $800 or $500/ea

If you are interested in any of the other hardware just PM me with an offer.

Heatware is under lilfiend and I'm open to offers! I need money so if you're trying to get a deal buy more stuff, I'll be more flexible.

All hardware is still in hand so if Daedalus doesn't take the 3090 I am still very open to someone taking the whole PC. Genmay said ~$6k, below they said ~$3.5k. I'm really not sure on pricing for the whole system. Make a reasonable offer and I'll probably accept it.

Edit: sold on ebay super fast, appreciate you all!

No idea what it's worth to be honest, as I don't delve in server hardware often, but wish you luck in selling it. You may want to also look at posting in homelabsales on reddit to gauge more interest. Definitely a higher chance moving it there that's for sure.

That really sucks that they messed up Theta so bad. My wife's Optima was a 2008 and that damn thing was bulletproof for me. It's only downfall was the "lifetime" transmission that was almost impossible to service, but it still went 200k for me and I sold it cheap to help someone else out with basic transportation. Bump for you and GLWS!

Edit: if you don't really want to ship, it might help to post a general area where you are located in case anyone here is interested in local sale.

To be honest, the only worth much money is the memory and GPU. Barebone systems go for $300ish, CPUs for $120, Fusion cards $400, NVME $200, 3090 $1000, and RDIMMs $1500ish. $3500 would seem like a reasonable price. GLWS.

He did. "Greater Seattle area". It's just buried in the post like his price :). OP, I'd recommend putting that info in bold at the top.
