According to a new job listing, Blizzard is working on a first-person title that features playable/drivable vehicles. We don’t know whether it will be based on a pre-existing property, but it is safe to assume that there will be some sort of online component.

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented gameplay engineer to help create vehicles and build vehicle handling features in a robust first-person engine for an unannounced project. The ideal candidate has proven experience in vehicle handling, with exposure to other game systems like physics, animation, and cameras.

Interesting...but the real questions is whether they will try to include microtransactions or not. (If they do, no sale for me!)

Of course they will. Probably MT sales are starting to slow down in overwatch so they need something new to milk people with again.

To clarify, do you consider Overwatch's microtranactions (the completely cosmetic and unimportant to gameplay lootboxes) they type that would cause you not to buy it?

I've been playing Blizzard games since Lost Vikings I have never felt milked by them and have gotten a great deal more fun for my money than compared to buying Call of Duty whatever or Battlefield 15.

I look forward to any new title they are working on.

Hey Blizzard... why don't you work on some Diablo 3 expansions? And not $15 just to add one class... something involving a story line.

The first thing that came to my mind was a battleroyale pubg/fortnite style game. I'm sure they looked at fortnite and saw that it could have been them.

While I purchased Overwatch, and don't find cosmetic microtransactions as offensive as others, I have put my foot down...if a game has ANY microtransactions, any AT ALL, I will refuse to buy. PERIOD. Enough is enough, and I am voting to end the practice with my wallet.

Probably gonna be analogous to Destiny. Think diablo 3 meets fps.

That would be horrible. Besides Hellgate London already tried this & that was made by the original Blizzard North guys. It failed miserably.

Maybe a Starcraft game but like Halo?
