There is a GTA V VR mod?! Anyone try it?

It surprisingly works really well and I use an Xbox contoller with it. The Vive controls are the warping for movement and I don't care for it since it gives me motion sickness. KB/Mouse also works but for some reason GTA 5 is the only game I play with the control.

Just be sure to run it offline only. GTA's anticheat will flag the dlls. Because it is offline the fun dies pretty quickly unless you play the SP missions.

Performance is good but you will need to drop some settings. The biggest issues I had was with the VorpX setup. I have a love/hate with VorpX right now mainly due to Arma 3. It is mainly my fault for not reading through the setup guides. VorpX's forums are really good.

IMO if you like GTA 5 it is worth a try, especially for the $40 VorpX price. Plus they have a ton of other games supported. Bioshock is really cool even with the aiming issues. Head tracking seems to move the aiming reticle.

^ Interesting about Bioshock. Speaking of old games, I've been meaning to buy VorpX to play Borderlands 1 with my Vive or Rift. Supposedly it's decent.

Is the zbuffer 3d as bad as I'm hearing? I'm surprised since it works so well in Nvidia 3d vision.

I had quite a lot of fun getting it to work and had a short play before bed.
Next time I tried it, it flat refused to go 3D.
Next time it errored after a game update.
Next time the game complained it was corrupt and downloaded over 30GB.

Decided not to try it again, was too much fun.
