French Woman Wants To Marry A Robot

She will divorce him in couple of years when there's better robot tech available.
 
Lawyers will just love our future! Can you just imagine all the new things we'll need to figure out?
Can I buy my robot spouse 'health insurance' as she needs a new servo and I can't afford it; and
Does that servo count as a 'pre-existing condition'?
I want to leave the house and 401K to my robot wife and leave my biological kids out of the inheritance.
Do they have any rights?
I want to file taxes as head of household and be able to deduct all my electricity and 'lubricants' as
medical expenses.
Is it rape if someone fondles or sexually assaults your robot wife?
Is it murder if you leave your robot wife out in the rain and it "dies"?
 
We laugh about it now, but eventually, "AI" rights and responsibilities under the law will end up being decided by the supreme court at some point. Prolly within our lifetimes. Provided they don't kill us all of course.

1) marriage gives people certain rights from government. Therefor it is the business of government who gets married. If you got nothing from government then it shouldn't matter at all.

2) Its a fucking robot, why do you want to marry a robot? I think its time we move past this insanity that we don't question anything other human beings do.
