The subject sums it up but what I'm looking for is a dock that can support a pair of 2560x1440 displays at 60hz. Either dual Displayport or DP+DLDVI.

I've been researching it and either it doesn't exist or I'm having bad luck. I know I could use two single cards but simplicity is the key here..

I found the Startech USB3DOCKH2DP

It MAY do this but exactly 0 people have reviewed it on Amazon, Newegg or on any website I can find.

I have the HP 3005 Dock(More than just video) with the Displaylink DL3900. It Only supports 1x 2560x1600@60hz and 1x1920x1200@60hz

The startech one is a standalone adaptor that you would have use multiple ones to get the desired output you want.

I have used my dock with an original Surface with an i5 3317u an XPS 12 i7 4500U an HP Split X2 with a Pentium N3520

I also have used it with my AIO desktop with an i7 4770.

The thing with the new generation of high res usb video cards Is they are still really cpu hungry.

The i5 3317u would really be about the minimum to use. On anything other than they quadcore i7 using it as your main display does involve a bit of lag. For a second monitor all the cpu's are good but you need a zippy cpu if you want to use it as the main monitor you are going to need a quick cpu otherwise you notice the lag.

Using it on the N3520 is pretty painful though.

Long winded answer but if you are looking to use it as a main display you are going to notice some lag.
