Homeland Security will be getting some McAfee cybersecurity in the near future, but with a slightly different twist. Monday, Phyllis Schneck, a vice president with McAfee, was appointed to head up a division of Homeland Security cybersecurity.
Schneck, who holds a doctorate's degree in computer science from Georgia Tech, has been vice president and chief technology officer for the global public sector at McAfee, which is a division of Intel.
