Also, you claim that you are being prevented from "making a living". In this very thread, you claim that you are still running two of your own companies. Someone owning and operating two companies should not have any trouble making a living, unless that person is a very poor businessman, in which case it's not the fault of those being sued.

Everything about this suit, from the grammar to the reasoning, is questionable at best and contemptuous at worst. You have failed to provide grounds for your defamation of character claim, you have failed to show that you cannot make a living, and you have failed to even professionally fill out legal paperwork. Your chances are slim to none of this even going to proceedings, and if you're lucky, the judge may just dismiss it instead of burying you under Rule 11.

If I were you, I would drop this, apologise, and go be a family man.

As far as my company I have few clients if you didn't read properly that barley gets by with mortgage ,bills and food with nothing left to spare. My business is none of your concern or how its run. I did not think to read any posts slipped my mind and when someone said Kyle I associated the name with the kid from that magazine that was pissed at me. My bad ...

Red Machine D makes a very mature argument in the post immediately before yours, with legitimate points, yet you only acknowledge the "immature" posts and say you will only respond to mature ones. There's one right there.

I look forward to hearing about your case being thrown out of court. The one that did the "defaming" was you. It was your own direct quotes that let people know what kind of person you are.

You defamed yourself, and the irony of it? You were a PR professional, and made yourself look bad. If that isn't career suicide, then I'm Obama.

It may be slightly hypocritical, but the irony is thick in the case of the PR agent whose bad (terrible, some would say) people skills and bad publicity, once examples of those people skills surfaced to the public eye, killed his career.


I wouldn't be surprised if this guy didn't just hire a real PR professional to go around and do stuff like this to "clean up" his image. It certainly isn't a stretch.

So how is it then that its N-Controls fault you messed up and what you did got on the internet? I do not ever remember seeing anything anywhere that N-Control was posting, commenting, tweeting, etc about your crappy service towards/at customers.
 
I dunno dude, I know of several companies that do google searches on prospect employee names for higher level positions. Your results are not complementary; incident after incident highlights your...um...let's say "people skills". Although I must say I enjoyed your PAX pictures.

Maybe a change of industry is in order? The food service industry, I'm told, is a highly rewarding field. I believe there is even a hat.
 
lol this PR shit is so primitive and basic that this is even hilarious. for these people, regardless of being good or bad, coverage IS A GOOD THING no matter what. now he has like a billion dollar worth of coverage for free lol so... good ol' PR 101 - hes already a villain so the next step is portrait himself as a good guy in front of the audience to generate controversy on the public opinion to then attack and discredit the source to come out of this as a winner. what normal people see as a bad thing he sees as an opportunity to gain at least a 10x increase on his annual income with a reputation of a successful PR guy lol, hes probably giggling as a schoolgirl but it is a little risky because now he is his own client.
