yea. i only have 1 currently and it is the old style wii motion plus that adds another 3 inches to the wiimote and makes it weird to use.
 
Hmm...I ordered a little while ago and I still haven't gotten an email confirming my order, nor does my account say I ordered. I saved the online receipt confirmation, but I'm wondering if this was a pricing mistake or something weird like that.

I received an email saying "Thanks for your order", the system is probably bogged down because maybe a huge influx of orders.
 
I haven't gotten a confirmation email either, but I ordered another 3 with my gf's info 20 minutes later and she got an email right away. Nothing in my spam folder either.
My account got charged though.
Probably just a hiccup in email system.
 
Ah they just cancelled my gf's order, but then they accepted mine. Odd.
I am going to order from a different store a couple towns away.
 
Only if they are actually in stock. I stopped by two different stores on my way to work, one at 9:05 AM and another at 9:20 AM. Both stores were stripped of the game.

BestBuy's in-store inventory tracker isn't exactly accurate from my experience ;)
 
BEST BUY will make you twist their armjust to get one at that price i had to talk to the store manager.

I got an email like 2 hours later saying my order was accepted...lol.

Says it's "in process", though. Hopefully it will ship. :)

If anyone lives near Burlington, WA, they are apparently still in-stock there. That is the closest BB to me, but I opted for shipping because it's still like an hour drive round-trip.
 
store wont lower the price. my sister's husband waled to the store and they wouldnt honer the online prices.

Probably didn't try hard enough. Maybe print out the online page that says "Available for in-stock pickup" and try again?

Plus, can't you just order it online and pick it up in the store, rather than just going there and hoping for the best?
 
I got my "ready for pick-up" email today. In Boston (Fenway Park), if anyone cares.
 
i ordered mine for in store pickup and just got my email saying it is ready to pick up. great deal!

Looks like both of my in-store orders were cancelled due to no stock available. So that brings my total up to 2 site visits and 2 online orders all failed. After the emails I thought I would give it one more chance and called a friend that works at a Best Buy in another town to see if they had any in stock. When I mentioned it he said they did... but the manager claimed to have a regional memo to pull them from the shelves this morning and take them out of the system so they showed out of stock.

Not sure I believe him, but I guess it could be possible....
 
My online order still says "In process - ships in 0-1 days"...

It's been 0-1 days. If they cancel I'm gonna flip a shit, because it was available in-store and I would have done that if I knew it might get cancelled online.

Best Buy has very corrupt business practices. Just look at the Touchpad firesale.

My order status is stuck "In Process" as well bought both of these as a b-day gift for myself.
 
I guess it didn't get outright cancelled yet like some peoples', but it sure is taking its sweet time.

Also, it's back in-stock online at full price. So they had damn well better not cancel my order if they have stock.

I'm with you on this one. The deal was legit so they have no reason to cancel orders. I placed mine the minute it went live but still they better not cancel it or leave it in limbo forever.

The 3DS dog games are on sale as well for $6.99 but are in store only / store pickup. Might get these just for the Club Nintendo points. I don't own a 3DS... yet.
 
Wow that was a hot deal... I thought the $25 price for the same bundle a few weeks back was pretty good itself.

Anyone have a receipt that they'd be willing to post?

If it's true they got a memo to pull them from shelves hopefully it is so they can fulfill online orders with them and not so they just put them back out later. I ordered 3 on the 13th and am still in process and at the point where I can't cancel it myself which sounds like a good sign to me(I've actually canceled things myself from BB so it's actually possible depending on how far they've gotten) . I haven't ever had best buy cancel anything on me yet, so here's hoping.
 
Online orders are probably getting canceled. The best chance was to do a store pick up. I aint even mad cause no stores around my area had them in stores anyway. Just gotta wait and see what happens to my online order.

It never allowed me to cancel the order even immediately after it was made.

That said, if they do cancel I'm going to raise hell.

There's absolutely no reason to cancel online orders at this point...it's already back in-stock at full price. If they have stock to sell at full price then they have stock to sell at the sale price when it still said "in-stock" while the sale was going.

EDIT: Er, never mind, Store pickup is available again but not Shipping. Hmm. Nevertheless, they obviously have stock somewhere so...

Actually it was the opposite people on slick deal were talking about their pick up orders getting canceled.

I hope so, and hope it's not a case of whoever got it the earliest, got lucky. Again, those of us who ordered online will just have to wait and see.

The reason they would use is that it was a pricing mistake, whether they have it in stock or not. The webpage does indeed show the product back in stock, but at $49.99.
 
Just checked my status online and it says its "backordered" with the option to cancel the order..

Backordered would be better than canceled...at least then you'll get it eventually.

Edit: Just checked and mine says backordered as well.
 
I'm still "In Process" my CC still hasn't put the charge through for the games. They are there just in the pending balance section.
