lol i think he wants help with his wires, but i dont understand the 2 random crysis screenshots. :\

edit: how the hell i post before you? i saw your post before i replied.. rofl

lol wire management is bad there, have u tried just letting the acess from the pcie connectors down the bottom half of the devider? Jesus man those fingerprints tell the whole story, happy much? haha

nice rig tho

i think you need to worry about OTHER wire management before u worry about your GTX 280 cards.

That looks like more than just fingerprint grease

haha, he prob builded the rig not long ago, his wire mess is fixable with some decent amount of time put into it, Im guessing thats a lian-li, so im sure it will be easy.

Now that i look at the pic closer, Op should switch to sata opticals to improve wire management ;p

friggin rats nest. a long ribbon cable (black preferably) could be snaked around and out of the way. doesnt have to be sata.

but yeah, the whole thing needs to be torn down and reworked from scratch.

spend some time in this thread to get ideas.

this is what you want. with the exception of a few more wires to power your other gtx's. it didn't take that long.

haha ived played 90% of those games and their in one of the externals hds around here, dont ask how much they were cause i might get the boot from here or flamed ;[

Thats around 4 weeks of gaming for me, probably 2 weeks if i go crack mode :D ,and nice, good collection you got there :D

o god i just looked at my xfire gaming hours and it screams get the hell out of the house

Got to love the P180's, own 2, and they are a dream for wire management, except routing cables behind the motherboard, god that was a bitch to get the curb side panel back on!

Pic is a little blurry but you get the point

Which reminds me I need to update my sig for this new comp....

Yeah finding 1366 coolers in stock right now is pretty fail. The gtx280s are FTW editions they run hot but that won't be for long.

The cpu is actually running at 3.4ghz cooler than my e6600 @ 3.375 so I'm not at all fussed about the stock cooler right now.

Its all going to be water cooled in the next week or two hopefully so I didn't see the point in investing the money into anything for the cpu until that time.

Thinking of doing 2 loops, 1 for gfx cards, 1 for cpu, both external, each one with its own pump/480rad/blocks.

wasteomind is the case in the pic the same as in your sig? I plan on grabbing one for a friend's comp I'm building later on. And I think the poster needed help on how to manage his wires, not showing it off...somehow.

No I need to update my sig, the case in the pic is the Coolermaster HAF 932.

EDIT sig updated

Vast improvement... and nice rig. The 120 on the back is a nice touch.

I have a Tri-SLI board, but I don't know that I'm going to spend the money on three cards unless I can find a way to game across all three of my 30's.

the first 10(ish) posts were EPIC. I laughed.

your 4pin molex can be run in the back slot thing to take it more 'out of the middle of the case' and look a little cleaner.

Nice set up. I wish I had the money and need for somethign that extreme.

Ty for buying games so I dont have to.

that was a shitty comment.
we all know most people pirate games. you don't have to rub it in the face of people that actually do spend the money. If no one bought games developers wouldn't make them.

Im using SCYTHE ULTRA KAZE 120mm 3000rpm fans. They are loud but push out lots of air compared to the SCYTHE S-FLEX SFF21F i was using.
