32' Westinghouse connected to the 15" HP laptop sitting next to it, the altec lansings were just replaced with a new Klipsch 2.1 system for christmas.

no picture yet but i just got a samsung 941bw. its a great monitor. the change from a 19 inch crt is just amazing. the only problem that i think is present is a bit of backlight bleeding. not enough to notice. the bottem of my monitor is a bit brighter than the top but i wont notice it in games.

looks like someones planning to do somthing while looking at his wallpaper.
Agreed. Looking at that wallpaper fills me with a burning, irresistable desire to dust off my old college calculus textbook and do a few pages of differential equations.

You want to be her derivative so you can lie tangent to her curves?

the backlight bleed isn't that bad, it's maybe 3/4" to 1" at the top, and 1/4" at most at the bottom, its just glare from the light behind me :)

Unless that desk is screwed into the floor, it doesn't look very sturdy...but that's my opinion...
It does look nice, and I would also like to know where I may find one..=)

Its the Rocca Forte Command Center. Its not too bad but does the job. I got it from http://joepilot.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=400-601&eq=&Tp= ...they're really good with shipping.

A fellow dipper! I'm about to throw in a nice sized bomb myself. Makes games all that much better.

Hmmm, now that desk looks strangely familiar. ;) Looks like a few of you decided to make use of the link I posted. Glad you guys like it, it's certainly served me well as a desk.

It's a LVM not LTV so yes he does have a monitor, not sure why this is such a hard concept for people... no internal tuner = monitor. Hell even back in the early-mid 80's when the atari 400 roamed the earth you had a choice of a crt monitor or a crt tv. Anyone going from a 15"-20" is going to see a nice resolution jump up going to a 1080p monitor. If you have more then one source you want to feed then there really isn't that much choice, a 30" apple or dell leaves you stuck with dual-dvi only and face it the money you are throwing at those monitors to get nice framerates is sickening. Not saying that 1920x1080 is easy to push but it's a hell of a lot more reasonable.

Not 100% true CRT HDTVs with no tuners are also called "monitors" but they are hardly computer monitors. I'll concede that an LCD without a tuner is a monitor but you have to admit it isn't exactly designed with computer use in mind

ok...1st off im not going to get into a "my dad can beat up your dad" conversation..im going to assume your ignorant(and thats not an insult) in this area...so here you go:
http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1088497&page=1&pp=20
"but you have to admit it isn't exactly designed with computer use in mind" all of those ppl bought the LVM W3 to do what? use it to cook a turkey?...and then one day realized"omfg this this has dual dvi imputs on it,i wonder if it will run on my computer?"...i made my "little" comment as a joke...not an insult......but the fact is....a 21" lcd next to any 37" lcd is little..not speculation...or opinion...thats a fact. its also a fact...that the LVM W3 isnt a TV its a monitor(although a big one)

wow.. it's like being on a high dive.. looks bigger (higher) than it is.. ;)

ooh, I wanna play.

didn't feel like adding another video card just to get the other 19 up and running ;)

Finally picked up a digital camera. Sorry about the quality; I haven't taken the time to set up the camera to use a lower resolution; just wanted to get a few shots before charging the battery. And no, I didn't clean my room for you guys. That's how it always is; you can thank my OCD for that. Also, I know my monitors are dirty, but I didn't notice until the freakin' flash.

Two

Video Capture, for good measure.

when you stand up, doesn't your head bang the ceiling?

The screen on the right is the Westinghouse 47" with a Dell 24" in the middle and a 20" dell on the left.
The Westy is awesome for 360 and PC gaming

No, the ceilings are divided into ridges - its weird, but its pretty spacious. I'm 6'1'' and I've got plenty of headroom when I stand.
