Sure ususally their service sucks. But these suckers kept their word on the conroe bit :D . The UPS guy even did signature confirmaion, something the egg hasn't done for me.

Cool. If you overclock it please post your results in our Conroe OC database that is stickied
here in the Intel section. Your Stepping is 6 B2, Week is L623 and your Code is A766.
 
Nice! UPS has my E6300 from TD out for delivery right now, can't wait to get it!

Satisfy my curiosity here, is that just the standard stuff for this chip or is that somewhere on the chip I overlooked?

Yeah, it's annoying to scroll by hehe :).
 
How bout some temps on these guys. I've seen many reviews, but I've been out of the loop for a few months and haven't seen any tempertures idle/load for the new core 2's.
 
my new board should be here any minute now, i'll have this sucker up and running in no time.
 
good to see you got yours too lich. We can compare our OC results (i have the ES). Are you using water or air? Ill be using water but wont have it WC up till thurs.
 
I got my E6300 yesterday from TD as well :D

For some reason the packaging says both E6400 and E6300, although the chip itself is an E6300. Strange... :confused:

I hadn't heard the best reviews of TD in the past, although my experience with them on this order was excellent!
 
Just don't buy anything from them because of the rebate price. That's were most of their bad reviews, and ill will came from.
