Looks like you guys are doing great and I want to help keep the Aussies off your backs. So, I joined your team!

I have a whole bunch of F@H points built up under another ID on another team. If I take my old ID and add it to [H] will they get my old points? I just changed my F@H ID to KaRnAgE because I wanted it to match my [H] ID.

excellent...the brianwashing is working....muwhahahahha :) well welcome to the team and unfortunately your old points to not move when you change teams, but we are glad to be getting all of your new ones :D

 
Points earned under old IDs and teams are not transferrable. I did somewhat of the same thing earlier. I had finished one unit without being on any team before I joined the [H]. Now my ID shows up twice in the stats list... once for the points I earned while not on a team and once for the points I earned while on team 33.

IIRC, changing your F@H ID is like starting from scratch.

if you go to hardfolding.com and sign up there you get a nice stat page and everything. and on that stat page is the code for the badges. its not necessarly in the sig but its close enough.

I joined. I dont really know much about it, but i know it helps :D. Im team 33 i think. Is there anything i need to do/know?

Is there a reason why I cannot login at hardfolding.com. Also, my stats is 0 even though ive completed 3 of those "things" (the full circles lol).

how does computing this stuff acutally help though? I know that it will "find out why proteins fold" or something like that, but how does this actually help? (not being an ass, just curious) Its like seti.

Step 3: Cure Cancer :)

But really want is happening is that the researchers believe that the more they know how a protien folds/unfolds, the better they will be able to manipulate it to do what they want it to do...they explain it better on their FAQ/site somewhere.
