For light gaming on an older system. Which one is better? The GF4 has 64MB or RAM, but I don't know about the 9600. It could have 128, but I think it's 64.

Because higher numbers don't equal higher speed. The only edge that the 5200 has over the 4200 is hardware support for DirectX features, but the 5200 is much slower than the 4200.BTW if 5200 < 9600 how the hell 4200 should be better?
