    I've been looking at that Harman Kardon Soundsticks III, reviews seem good on amazon. The consenuous being the lows and highs are great and clear but the mids aren't as strong. Plus they look pretty sweet.

    I prefer to used open air headphones over speakers for gaming. Those philips say open back so I'm assuming they are. I have the Sennheiser PC360s. You don't get that disconnect from the world feeling that you do with closed headsets. Which made all the difference to me.

    I used a 750ti in a mini itx build, which if you are going that route it's a good card to use for that. Used to the lian li pc-tu100b. If you're going reg size case, I'd probably go 660 unless it's out of your budget.
