Ok it seems that i figured it out, the problem is caused due to the high temps i got in my case. Now that im running my system with an open case door plus the case isnt so tight agasint the room wall the temps dropped and i dont get black screens at all.

The power saving in vista is set on "never" in both sleep mode and turn off monitor so i dont think the problem is there.
