XP2-8000 scales nicely with voltage, even up to 2.6V will show some increase on clock speeds.
In my own test I got them up to DDR1100 with 4-4-3-10. This is only with 2.47V measured with DMM.
Command Per Clock is not timing like CAS, TRCD, TRP or TRAS are and I can see alot confusion about the whole CPC.

We used somewhat slighter alpha timings on the binning process but most of the modules are good with the values I gave. I have had several kits, most does 260-270 with 2-2-2.
