Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
omfg, that is beautiful. What are you actually doing with all that? Hosting? Seems like you have pretty dope firewall setup with all that Juniper gear.
One evening worth of scanning and then you choose the files you want to recover and press the "Recover"-button:
I knew that it can't be that easy! Maybe I'll just buy the GetDataBack then as you guys seem to fancy it.
Just noticed that the trial really doesn't allow you to recover the files, just to see what is able to be recovered. Is there any freeware for windows or am I better of just using dd on unix platform?
Haven't used dd never, and my only unix-platform is my fileserver and I really don't wanna...
Okay, thanks, I'll try GetDataBack tomorrow, seems legit. It would be fantastic if it was easy to get the whole disk back online without re-installing OS and all that nuisance, but I guess it's OK to just get back most of the files that were stored on the disk.
Thanks again!
Hey!
My brother was making clone of the HDD when he was upgrading to SSD, managed to quick-format the HDD somehow before cloning.
Can you guys recommend some Windows-based recovery software. It was laptop disc, so it was one NTFS partition with OS and all programs and files, so it would be...
Something I got from post-office today: Cisco 2811 router
Came without IOS and any expansion cards.
Trying to get Cisco-lab ready, probably not so much use during the CCNA as we have lab at the university, but after that maybe!
I have already three 2950 series switches, two Cisco...
Someone has the most epic job! Building a small datacenter and keeping it alive (+ all the other stuff you're doing)... And all those portable units...
Very nice! Must be so much nicer to have the freedom compared to a bigger datacenter environment.
