anybody know any GOOD software to stress & test the RAM ?

is this normal ? http://dbase.no-ip.com/probe.jpg as you can see that the 5V is jerking, but still in +-3% range also i find that the FAN spins too low 1200RPM, and the psu is a little hot. any idea how i can increase to 2000RPM ??
