Upgrading from 7900GT - Best "bang for the buck"?

AIT/AMD is constantly releasing new models and I have a hard time keeping up. What would be my best upgrade from a 7900GT on a Core2Duo 2,4Ghz system? Radeon 5770 maybe? I want a card around 150USD Thanks!

What is the standard NB voltage on a P35 (Asus P5K-E) motherboard?

Hi! In the BIOS I can only set it to auto or to other values but since I don't know the "standard" setting it's hard to set it to something. I'm trying to run a C2D E6850 3.0Ghz@3.2Ghz with a 400Mhz FSB with 4x1024 DDR2 PC-6400. The system is stable running stock but I want to run a...

21Gb enough for Windows 7 system drive?

Danny Bui: I think both you and I and everyone else know that that the published system requirements for applications/games rarely are equal to reality. I need feedback from users who have installed W7 and how much space it takes on their drives Thanks

21Gb enough for Windows 7 system drive?

I’m currently running XP but received Windows 7 RTM through my University yesterday. My C:\ drive is only 21Gb, is this enough for Windows 7? I will put the swapfile and My Documents on another drive and also turn off Volume Shadow Copy and System recovery. I don't run too many "heavy"...

    Vista SP1 Cleanup

Menelmarar: I'm thinking about doing a clean install but don't really want to install Vista and then SP1 on top. I want a pre-integrated SP1 disc. I have a MSDN account, you mean it's ok to use that serial for another version?

    E6850@3.2Ghz = 72C/162F - What's going on?

Changed the settings in bios to 1.35 volt and blew away some dust from the fans/heatsink. Down at 62-63C now, dunno if its' the dust, the voltage or something else?

    E6850@3.2Ghz = 72C/162F - What's going on?

Ok, so what vcore is standard for an E6850? On Intels site it only says 0.85V – 1.5V

    E6850@3.2Ghz = 72C/162F - What's going on?

Hi! I have an E6850 on a Asus P5K-E which has been running at stock speeds with the original bios at around 52C/125F at full load. Yesterday I decided to give OC a go and simply tried for 3,2Ghz to start with. Before that I updated the BIOS to the lastes 0806. TAT and the new bios shows around...
