Like I said for me this worked out. I had an 860 in my basket at newegg. This review came along. I changed to an 875 for about $60 more. It just made sense timing wise. I don't see it as a bad thing under those circumstances. The one question that is still nagging at me is why is it so much...
Yes that would be a bad deal. However the newegg deal looks good. I ordered one and it charged at the price of $349.99. Don't know why the 875 is cheaper that the 870, but i'm not going to ask either. I was in the market for some upgrades so this seemed ok to me.
The 870's cost $580 and the 875's cost $350 and this is bad how? Seems like a pretty good deal to me. I'm just saying that's what I see on the egg for prices.

Well the darn thing had a five egg rating at newegg with 151 reviews. It does seem that the few bad reviews that there are were for DOA or dead within a couple of weeks. I will give it one more shot and if the second one is crap I'll go with something else.
