I know this is going to sound dumb and you guys are going to laugh at me,but other than just being a slight nuisance,could a wobbly stand actually damage a panel by wobbling?

I have an Antec 300 case,and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for touching up a scratch on the top of it. It is a light fine scratch. Is anyone familiar with the best paint to use and how to go about fixing it? Thanks in advance
