I got it up to 2.8GHz 350FSB so far. It's pretty warm though, at load it's hitting 70C+, so I'm a little hesitant of going any higher. I guess with water I could go pretty high.

Trust me this is a Clovertown, and there are no markings as these were very early samples. I'm not sure if it was meant for socket T but it fits perfectly and is running great, it might have been designed for that universal socket. The stepping is seen in the CPUZ screen shot, B0. I don't think...
Not really, I'm seeing about 42c idle at 2.67 and 39c idle at 2.13. Also my ambient is around 32c or so. Maybe that's the difference between the clovertown and kentsfield varieties.
Well you are right that its the same as Kentsfield, but it shows up as Clovertown because it is a Xeon part. First versions of Clovertowns for some reason came in 775 pinout, and the first bensley boards came in universal socket which could hold 775 or 771 processors.

Yeah I think the memory is holding it back. For the life of me I can't set memory to 533, stuck at 400, even though I'm using DDR2-667 DIMMs. Sandra memory benchmark is showing ~2GB/s :(
Increasing FSB even a couple MHz beyond 400 doesn't let me boot.
